Whoa, slow down, what's going on?

I'll be selling the house this summer so that I can finally move out of here (and onto another continent).

It's hard to believe that if all goes to plan (HA COVID) in a few months I'll be starting my journey
But first I'll be making one one big step - selling the house. The process will be long-lasting, and cement the path in-front of me.

In order to prepare for this Journey, I'm following some blogs on topics such as how you can successfully run an online business while travelling abroad; what kind of equipment someone should bring when going into uncharted territory like Nha Trang in Vietnam, and anything else related which catches my interest at any given moment via social media.

I'll also be sharing my journey here for friends, family, clients and anyone else who attempts the same thing..

But why am I doing this and what inspired me?

After over 230 days in lockdown, I was struggling for a reason to get out of bed, and all this Melbourne noise had me feeling like my head is going to explode, I had to re-take control of my life and live my dreams, no matter what challenges lied ahead.
I wasn't scared of regretting the sale of my house, even though I know I might fail. But as-long as I would learn something on the way, I was willing to take that risk.
No matter what, happened, I knew this experience would be positive and something I'd regret if I didn't take the risk.

Summary:

I'm selling my house, travelling overseas whilst building a business, and I am just planning it now. One of the things that while happen while I am doing this, is me talking about tech and travel stuff on a blog - but this post is about why I am doing all this craziness in the first place! The short answer is because life's too short to live where you don't want to be, and for me, that means living somewhere for now, especially after Melbourne's headache of a lock down, but if you need more details read on.
